1948 Unrestored BLONDE PHANTOM NO. 19 SEPT looks like new except faded edges as pictured. Upstate NY estate find. This one has a little discoloration on the cover top and back edge. Comics have been is storage stacked in a box since 1948. Comic looks to be in very nice shape , but showing its age. I have put comics in proper sleeve with backers.
