He treated it carefully, and I believe that it is still in the condition noted. The original CGC label is included, but not the slab. Has a small water stain by Superman’s leg. Has a grease pen mark. There’s a small chunk missing from the top right edge of the cover as seen. There is a minor dust shadow at the top of the book. Cream to off-white pages. Cover and center wrap are tight at staples.
