This is the Only Signature Series 9.8 copy in the world!!!!!!!!! Only 250 copies of this book were ever made and each was hand #’d and signed on the back by a DC Comics employee. For this reason there can be no blue labels of this book. Since CGC was not doing signature series when it came out they did not witness if being signed.
