Great looking key early Golden Age DC Comic! 2nd appearance of Lex Luthor! This one is in nice, solid shape. He treated it carefully, and I believe that it is still in the condition noted. The original CGC label is included, but not the slab. The book was folded in half back in the day, and bears a crease from that. The cover is loose at the bottom staple. There is a small part of the bottom right corner of the cover corner missing, as seen. There is a small pencil mark on the cover. There are some small traces of rust by the staples. There’s a light rust transfer stain on the cover. Nice off-white to white pages. Center wrap is tight at staples. Despite the flaws, it’s an attractive and complete book with no pages missing, no restoration and no cut outs. It’s a book to treasure for the ages!
