Bright cover with no fading. Cover detached at both staples. Spine is torn at top and bottom and a small spot in the center, but tears are not fragile or progressing. Pages, supple with no flakiness or brittleness. Outer wrap is torn at top of spine, 3 tear on one page, plus some other small edge tears (photo #8). Centerfold is detached and is worn on right edge. Staples are in good shape with no rust migration. Back cover is worn with small tears and some small areas of color loss (see all photos). T his scarce and desirable Golden-Age issue features the 2nd appearance of Lois Lane on the cover and one of the best early covers in this title!
