21 from February 1940. It looks to be in good unrestored condition. This comic was just found in the basement of a local estate, and has that “musty smell”. The stables are rusty and there is some damage along the spine. I don’t know enough about comics to try and grade this comic, so please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
