Comic Certificate of Authenticity. It is an Error Reprint in blue that should have been discovered by D, C, Comics and destroyed in the manufacturing printing process. I have shown it to some comic book experts that have seen it and said it is a very rare reprint comic book of Superman Action Comic No. And have never seen a blue one. I have also shown it to printing experts who have told me how it became a blue comic in the printing process. As of its value there is no Action Comic No. But I do know of rare items that sell for millions and this is a rare item that has that unique potential value to all kinds of collectors and investors.
