This listing is for Superman #8, published by D. This issue contains a full page ad for All Star Comics #3. According to the CGC census, there are only 208 graded copies. This comic was rated 7.0 (Fine / Very Fine) by CGC with “Off-White Pages”. CGC classified it as having “Slight / Moderate Restoration” due to Small amount of color touch on cover, pieces added to cover, tear seals to cover, spine split sealed to cover, staples replaced. Because of that, this comic is priced at a substantial discount to what you would otherwise expect to pay for a CGC 7.0. We want happy customers. Please be aware that if you crack a comic out of its case for re-submission to a grading service, you are taking the risk in doing so, and we cannot be liable if you do not like how it is regraded. Broad selection & fair prices. We make every effort to disclose non-trivial damage to the holders, but minor imperfections such as light surface wear or slight inner well scuffing (present at the time of encapsulation) are common straight from CGC/CBCS/PGX. Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings). If these are important to you, please message and we’ll be happy to provide more detail on the case. For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics. Ultimately it is not anything that is in direct contact with your comic, nor will it affect the comic’s condition over time. Gemma Adel, CGC.

Very RARE Superman #50 Newsstand 2nd Printing CGC 9.6. Very low print run for this specific book. So, this was turned into CGC directly by me and just received today. Came back slightly higher than expected (bottom right corner crease and a couple of non color breaking spine ticks). No grader notes available. This is also the 3rd highest graded book (only 2 9.8’s in census), so a very difficult one to get above this grade. Book will be sent with plenty of packaging to ensure safe arrival.

RARE collectible comic book. Never been read the comic. There are no creases, no markings on any of the pages. This is one of those rare 1st prints. It did not have numbered pages. The Death of Superman Comic Book 1st Edition Print 1993 Rare Excellent condition. Excellent condition and absolutely worth sending in to get graded. There are many other listings for this same comic book that are asking anywhere from 5k up to 10k + and those all has rips on some of the pages or they were not the 1st edition print. This copy is mint in my opinion. It would be a good one to send off to get graded.
