I would call it around a out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective. Superman 123 1958 Good Supergirl Prototype Curt Swan Silver Age DC Comics 10c

Superman 123 from 1958 featuring a prototype Supergirl. This is in mostly good shape for it’s age, but you can see there is a a large mark in the center of the cover where the image has worn off. There is some spine wear, but it’s pretty intact to the staples. I’m not a professional. I have posted several pictures. Message me if you would like more pictures or have any specific questions.
