This has the famous cover of Superman holding Adolf Hitler and, well. A lot of people assume its Emperor Hirohito, but CGC says its Tojo, which I believe is correct, unless it was supposed to be a Japanes. Tojo was bald, and Hirohito was not. So it must be Tojo, right?
