Hello and thanks for checking out my comic book listings. This listing is for. SUPERMAN #23, July-August 1943. This book is graded between 5.0, Very Good To Fine and 5.5, Fine. The page quality is Off-White, about an Owl 8. This is a solid flat book with bright colors, decent gloss and no spine splits. Everything is attached and the book has nice supple pages. The front cover has a book length reading crease near the spine that might barely break the color here and there. In addition to that the covers have light wear and creasing with a few small edge tears, including a tear about 3/8 of an inch long at the bottom edge of the back cover near the spine. The back cover also has some light dust shadowing. Lastly the spine has a light curl or roll. Classic WWII Golden Age from DC featuring a fantastic Nazi cover by Jack Burnley! Interior story art by Sam Citron, John Sikela and George Roussos. Three of the four Superman stories written by Jerry Siegel. If you are not happy with a book, simply return it.
