Condition: This book has been graded by CGC an unrestored 4.5 VG+ but in my opinion this is one of the nicest VG+ you will see. The cover is clean with just some light creasing down the spine. There is a minor less than a half inch long spine split at the bottom. Overall a nice looking book and I’ve seen much rougher comics get graded higher. Probably a good candidate to have re-graded.
