Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the Staples are Rusty the spine is split all the way down the front and back cover are detached the center fold is detached it has a musty smell discoloration and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
