Rare DC Action Comics Superman #23 from April 1940. The first appearance of Lex Luther. Not in the greatest of shape. Looks to be re-stapled, and the face of Superman has been tore off (a ridiculous fluke that happened when an associate removed it from the sleeve) I have the piece of tape with his face still attached to it (see pics) I don’t know if it can be salvaged or not.
