This early golden age comic book from May 1940 has been professionally graded and encapsulated by CGC in good/very good condition. The book has a blue label and is unrestored. CGC notes near perfect off white pages , tape on cover and cover detached. Price is firm for this rare 76 year old book. The CGC census says there are 4 books in 3.0 (this is one of two unrestored “universal” copies in 3.0) and only 37 books higher (9 of which are restored) in the world.
