Rare Superman Comic No. 6 Sept. Oct. 1940 Golden Age No Reserve

It looks to be in good unrestored condition, the staples are no longer attached to the cover. This comic was just found in the basement of a local estate, and has that “musty smell”. The stables have rust. I don’t know enough about comics to try and grade this comic, so please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
